Facilitated and administered by AASA & MFSG (MEMA Financial Services Group), the Financial Executives Council (FEC) is focused solely on financial executives in the aftermarket. The FEC will provide cutting-edge thought leadership on key industry financial subjects and generate dialogue on best practices such as: optimizing financial performance; inventory and business financing; and financial planning.
The inaugural FEC meeting is set for 8 – 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 9, at the Westin Southfield in Southfield, Mich. The meeting will include presentations from:
- A leading RSM economist discussing post-election economy and potential impacts to the industry
- Representatives from Jefferies Inc. presenting their outlook on industry inventory financing and supply chain financing (reverse factoring)
- A roundtable discussion on current issues impacting member executives and their companies
The FEC also will provide a platform for professional peer network among aftermarket financial executives. The council is open, but not limited to, AASA member company executives with these titles: director, vice president of finance, treasurer, controller and CFO.
