This group provides a forum for AASA member companies senior executives who lead their firm's China aftermarket operations to meet and discuss industry issues and solutions, share best practices and network among peers.
AASA’s China Aftermarket Forum provides an opportunity for senior executives who manage China aftermarket operations for AASA, HDMA or MERA members to meet and discuss industry issues and solutions, share best practices and network among peers. Members also share information from other Forums or Councils in Europe or North America where appropriate.
Membership is limited to aftermarket product manufacturers that are members of AASA, HDMA or MERA and that have China operations. Individual members are senior executives who manage their respective China aftermarket businesses. To download a membership application, click here.

The CAF meets four times each year in Shanghai. Topics and projects that are addressed each meeting include aftermarket industry research, industry catalog, trade shows, annual CAF industry seminar, remanufacturing, intellectual property protection and much more.

Members receive a periodic CAF Updates with information on upcoming meetings and news that impacts their China operations.
CAF members participate in a quarterly survey benchmarking aftermarket sales, receivables, on-time deliveries, employee retention, and the overall strength of the China Independent Aftermarket. The results are aggregated, reported and discussed at the quarterly CAF meetings.
CAF Mission Statement
The China Aftermarket Forum (CAF) is a peer group comprised of members of the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association with operations in the People’s Republic of China.
The mission of the CAF is to support the growth of its members’ business within the Chinese automotive aftermarket. The CAF accomplishes this mission through offering opportunities to meet with peers and other selected constituencies, facilitating collaboration among the members, and representing member interests via coordinated member participation in relevant industry groups.
